所有制结构、产业集聚模式与资源配置效率——基于东北地区的实证分析

Ownership Structure,Industrial Agglomeration Mode and Resource Allocation Efficiency:An Empirical Analysis based on Northeast China

中国经济进入高质量发展阶段,优化资源配置、提升资源配置效率成为城市经济高质量发展的关键。本文以东北地区34个地级及以上城市和17个制造业行业为研究对象,筛选出340个城市层面的观测样本和88146个企业层面的观测样本,从所有制结构和产业集聚模式的视角深入剖析产业结构影响经济发展的内在作用机制,通过构建城市和企业层面的计量经济模型,以资源配置效率作为表征城市经济发展的代理变量,探讨限制东北地区城市经济发展的根本原因和制约因素。研究结果表明:产业专业化集聚对城市和企业的资源配置效率均产生非线性影响;产业多样化集聚对城市和企业资源配置效率的影响有明显差异;产业集聚模式在所有制结构对资源配置效率的影响中发挥着调节作用。

China′s economy has entered a stage of high-quality development.Optimizing resources allocation and improving resource allocation efficiency have become the key to the high-quality development of urban economy.In this paper,34 prefecture level cities and 17 manufacturing industries in Northeast China are selected as the research objects,and 340 observation samples at the city level and 88146 observation samples at the enterprise level are selected.From the perspective of ownership structure and industrial agglomeration mode,the internal mechanism of industrial structure affecting economic development is deeply analyzed.By constructing the econometric model of city and enterprise level,and taking the efficiency of resource allocation as the proxy variable of urban economic development,this paper discusses the fundamental reasons and constraints of urban economic development in Northeast China.The results show that:industrial specialization agglomeration has a nonlinear effect on the resource allocation efficiency of cities and enterprises;industrial diversification agglomeration has a significant difference on the resource allocation efficiency of cities and enterprises;industrial agglomeration model plays a regulatory role in the impact of ownership structure on resource allocation efficiency.
