纳米陶瓷球在VTM-300立磨机中的应用试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 金堆城钼业汝阳有限责任公司选矿二厂选钼一段再磨设备VTM-300立磨机使用低铬合金铸球作为磨矿介质时,铸球易变形、磨矿效率低、磨矿细度不稳定,且铁离子、碳等含量高易导致精矿品位、回收率下降。同时,磨矿成本高,立磨机螺旋衬板磨损快、使用周期短、检修频繁、费时费力。改用纳米陶瓷球后,对于稳定和改善磨矿产品质量、大幅降低介质和用电单耗、延长衬板及磨机使用寿命、降低磨矿成本、减少检修频率、减轻工人劳动强度以及提高钼精矿产品质量均具有较大意义。 When using the low chromium alloy cast ball as grinding medium in VTM-300 vertical mill in No.2 concentrator of Jinduicheng Molybdenum Mining Ruyang Co.,Ltd.,the cast ball was easy to deform,the efficiency of grinding was low,the grinding fineness was unstable,and the content of iron ion and carbon was high,which easily led to the reduction of concentrate grade and recovery rate.At the same time,the cost of grinding was high,the spiral lining plate of vertical mill was worn fast,the service cycle was short,the maintenance was frequent.After the application of nano ceramic ball,it has great significance in stabilizing and improving the quality of grinding products,greatly reducing the unit consumption of grinding media and electricity,prolonging the service life of liner and mill,reducing grinding cost,maintenance frequency and labor intensity,especially improving the quality of molybdenum concentrate.
