摘要
目的探究ErbB2相互作用蛋白(Erbin)、黑素瘤抗原编码基因A1蛋白(MAGEA1)与食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)临床特征、预后的相关性。方法选取盱眙县人民医院2015年1月-2017年1月138例ESCC患者作为研究对象,将手术切除的癌组织作为研究组,癌旁非肿瘤组织作为对照组。比较两组Erbin、MAGEA1阳性表达率,采用Spearman相关性分析探究Erbin、MAGEA1与ESCC患者临床特征的相关性。随访3年,统计ESCC患者3年生存率,采用卡普兰-迈耶(KM)曲线比较不同Erbin、MAGEA1表达患者3年生存率,探究Erbin、MAGEA1与ESCC患者3年生存率的关系。结果研究组Erbin、MAGEA1阳性表达率(55.80%、71.74%)高于对照组(3.62%、5.80%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=89.841、126.393,P<0.05)。Erbin与ESCC患者临床分期、淋巴结转移显著相关(χ2=32.458、18.102,P<0.05)。MAGEA1与ESCC患者临床特征无相关性(P>0.05)。ESCC患者3年生存率为53.38%;Erbin、MAGEA1阳性表达患者3年生存率低于阴性表达患者(χ2=36.326,24.413,P<0.05);Erbin、MAGEA1与ESCC患者3年生存率存在负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论 ESCC患者癌组织中Erbin、MAGEA1阳性表达率明显升高,均与ESCC患者3年生存率呈负相关,尤其是Erbin有助于评估患者临床分期、淋巴结转移情况,可为临床治疗ESCC提供指导性参考。
Objective To explore the correlation between ErbB2 interacting protein(Erbin),melanoma antigen-encoding gene A1 protein(MAGEA1) and clinical features and prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).Methods From January 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital,138 patients with ESCC were selected as the research object,the surgically removed cancer tissue was used as the research group,and non-tumor tissues adjacent to cancer served as a control group.The positive expression rates of Erbin and MAGEA1 were compared between the two groups,and Spearman correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between Erbin,MAGEA1 and clinical characteristics of ESCC patients.Followed up for 3 years,statistics of the 3-year survival rate of ESCC patients.The Kaplan-Meyer(KM)curve was used to compare the 3-year survival rates of patients with different Erbin and MAGEA1 expressions,and explore the relationship between the 3-year survival rates of Erbin,MAGEA1 and ESCC patients.Results The positive expression rates of Erbin and MAGEA1 in the research group(55.80%,71.74%) were higher than those in the control group(3.62%,5.80%)(χ~2=89.841,126.393,P<0.05);Erbin was significantly correlated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis in ESCC patients(χ~2=32.458,18.102,P<0.05);MAGEA1 was not correlated with clinical characteristics in ESCC patients(P>0.05);the 3-year survival rate of ESCC patients was 53.38%;the 3-year survival rate of patients with positive Erbin and MAGEA1 expression was lower than that of patients with negative expression(χ~2=36.326,24.413,P<0.05);Erbin and MAGEA1 were negatively correlated with the 3-year survival rate of ESCC patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression rates of Erbin and MAGEA1 in cancer tissues of ESCC patients were significantly increased,which were negatively correlated with the 3-year survival rate of ESCC patients,especially Erbin was helpful to evaluate the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of patients,and could provide guidance for clinical treatment of ESCC.
