超声低频对人工流产术后康复的影响

摘要 目的观察超声低频对人工流产术后康复的效果。方法选取人工流产手术患者180例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组90例。对照组实施常规人工流产围术期干预,观察组在对照组基础上使用超声低频治疗。对比两组患者术后阴道出血、尿人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)转阴率、月经恢复时间、子宫内膜厚度、螺旋动脉血流动力学等指标。结果观察组患者的阴道出血量明显少于对照组,阴道出血时间和月经恢复时间均短于对照组,尿HCG转阴率高于对照组,子宫内膜厚度大于对照组,血流动力学指标优于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论人工流产术后采用低频超声照射能使患者获得更好的康复效果。 Objective To observe the effect of low-frequency ultrasound on the postoperative recovery of patients with induced abortion.Methods A total of 180 cases with induced abortion were selected and randomly divided into the Observation Group and Control Group,90 cases in each group.The Control Group received routine perioperative intervention for induced abortion while the Observation Group received the treatment with low-frequency ultrasound on the basis of routine intervention.The two groups were compared in terms of postoperative vaginal bleeding,urine HCG negative conversion ratio,menstrual recovery time,endometrial thickness,and hemodynamic indexes of spiral artery.Results The amount of vaginal bleeding in the Observation Group was significantly less than that of the Control Group,the duration of vaginal bleeding and menstrual recovery time in the Observation Group was significantly shorter than those in the Control Group,the urine HCG negative conversion ratio in the Observation Group was significantly higher than that of the Control Group,the endometrial thickness in the Observation Group was significantly greater than that of the Control Group,and the hemodynamic indexes of spiral artery in the Observation Group were significantly superior to the Control Group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion The treatment with low-frequency ultrasonic irradiation after induced abortion can achieve better rehabilitation effect for patients.
