矩形坯GCr15高碳铬轴承钢角部横裂纹分析及控制

Analyses and Control of Subsurface Transverse Crack at the Corner of GCr15 Bearing Steel Bloom

文章先对本钢炼钢厂矩形坯生产的GCr15轴承钢出现角部横裂纹的位置和形态进行分析和研究,确定出了四种不同的裂纹形式。再对这些不同的裂纹发生机理进行分析,查找出导致四种角部横裂纹发生的因素有扇形段漏水、开浇引锭链下滑等;通过对设备和工艺进行调整,大幅减少该裂纹缺陷的发生率。

In this paper,the location and appearance of subsurface transverse crack at the corner of GCr15 bearing steel bloom produced in Benxi Steel were analyzed and four different types of crack were clarified.The mechanism of these crack types was then analyzed,showing that water leakage of sector segment and slippage of open-casting ingot chain are among the main influencing factors.After equipment and technology adjustment,the emergence of the corner transverse crack is reduced significantly.
