为处理河北新启元能源技术开发股份有限公司异辛烷装置产生的约90%废硫酸及其他装置产生的酸性气,建设了硫酸及酸性气联合处理装置。联合处理装置实现了硫酸的公司内循环利用,同时回收了其他装置产生的酸性气,变废为宝。这样不仅解决了环境污染及废酸储运过程中的安全问题,而且还保证了异辛烷装置的长周期稳定运行。

In order to deal with 90%waste acid from isooctane plant and acid gas from other plants of Hebei Xinqiyuan Energy Technology Development Co.,Ltd.,a combined sulfuric acid and acid gas treatment plant was set up to realize in-company recycling of sulfuric acid.At the same time,the recovery of acid gas from other units and the conversion of waste into treasure solved the safety problems of environmental pollution and waste acid storage and transportation,and ensured the long-term stable operation of isooctane unit.
