广州市高校女大学生人乳头瘤病毒疫苗接种意愿和影响因素调查

Investigation on HPV vaccination willingness and influencing factors among female college students in Guangzhou

目的调查广州市高校女大学生人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)疫苗接种意愿,分析影响因素,为推广女大学生接种HPV疫苗提供建议。方法采用多阶段抽样法对1374名女大学生进行问卷调查,包括基本特征、对HPV及疫苗的认知情况、接种意愿等。结果1374名女大学生中,56.2%听说过HPV,HPV知识的平均得分为(4.1±1.1)分;48.5%听说过HPV疫苗,HPV疫苗知识的平均得分为(5.0±1.3)分。HPV疫苗接种意愿的影响因素为HPV自我易感性评分、母亲学历、HPV知识得分、自费疫苗接种史、是否有亲属患肿瘤、家庭年收入。结论广州市高校女大学生对HPV及疫苗的认知有待提高。应加强健康教育宣传力度,加大疫苗接种的补贴,以促进HPV疫苗在女大学生中的推广。

Objective To investigate human papillomavirus(HPV)vaccination willingness among female college students in Guangzhou,analyze influencing factors,give advice for HPV vaccination among female college students.Methods Multistage sampling method was used to survey 1374 female college students,including basic characteristics,cognition of HPV and vaccine,and HPV vaccination willingness.Results Among 1374 female college students,56.2%of them knew HPV,the average score of HPV knowledge was(4.1±1.1),56.2%of them knew HPV vaccine,the average score of HPV vaccine knowledge was(5.0±1.3).The influencing factors of HPV vaccination willingness included HPV susceptibility assessment,maternal educational level,score of HPV knowledge,the history of own-cost vaccination,having relatives suffering from cancer,and family annual income.Conclusion The cognition of HPV and HPV vaccine among female college students in Guangzhou should be improved.Health education promotion should be strengthened,subsidies for vaccination should be increased to enhance promotion of HPV vaccine among female college students.
