女性精神分裂症患者社会功能状况及影响因素分析

Analysis on social function status and influencing factors in female patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨女性精神分裂症患者社会功能状况及其影响因素,为改善女性精神分裂症患者社会功能提供参考依据。方法选择温州市第七人民医院2017年10月-2018年9月收治的女性精神分裂症患者109例作为研究对象,采用个人和社会功能量表(PSP)评定患者的社会功能状况,应用研究制作的调查问卷收集患者的相关资料,包括年龄、文化程度、居住地、发病前职业状态、月收入、医疗保障、家庭氛围、生活满意度、社会活动、情绪控制、焦虑抑郁、家族史、发病年限、住院次数及服药依从性,通过单因素、多因素Logistic回归分析判断以上各因素是否为女性精神分裂症患者社会功能状况的影响因素。结果109例女性精神分裂症患者的PSP均分为(62.70±6.14)分,均存在一定的社会功能缺陷,其中社会功能低下31例,发生率为28.44%,经过单因素、多因素Logistic回归分析提示患者的文化程度、发病前职业状态、医疗保障、家庭氛围、社会活动、情绪控制、焦虑抑郁、发病年限、住院次数及服药依从性是女性精神分裂症患者社会功能状况的影响因素。结论女性精神分裂症患者的社会功能状况不容乐观,均存在一定的社会功能缺陷,临床工作者应针对其影响因素采取有效的临床措施,提高患者的社会功能。

Objective To explore social function status and influencing factors in female patients with schizophrenia,provide a reference basis for improving social function in female patients with schizophrenia.Methods From October 2017 to September 2018,109 female patients with schizophrenia treated in the Seventh People’s Hospital of Wenzhou City were selected as study object,Personal and Social Function Scale(PSP)was used to evaluate social function status,a self-designed questionnaire was used to collect the relevant data of patients,including age,education level,residence place,pre-on-state occupational status,monthly income,medical security,family atmosphere,life satisfaction,social activities,emotional control,anxiety and depression,family history,onset time,number of admission,and medication compliance.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of social function of female patients with schizophrenia.Results The PSP score of 109 female patients with schizophrenia was(62.70±6.14),all of which had certain social function defects,including 31 cases with low social function,the incidence rate was 28.44%.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that education level,pre-on-state occupational status,medical security,family atmosphere,social activities,emotional control,anxiety and depression,onset time,number of admission,and medication compliance were influencing factors of social function status of female patients with schizophrenia.Conclusion Social function status of female patients with schizophrenia is not optimistic,and there are certain social function defects,clinicians should take effective clinical measures to improve their social function.
