耳穴刺络放血疗法联合梅花针治疗慢性支气管炎的疗效及对凝血功能影响

Effect of Auricular Point Blood letting Therapy Combined with Plum Blossom Needle in the Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis and its Influence on Coagulation Function

目的探讨耳穴刺络放血疗法联合梅花针治疗慢性支气管炎价值。方法选取我院收治的慢性支气管炎患者120例,随机分为两组各60例。对照组给予梅花针治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予耳穴刺络放血疗法,对比治疗后的临床疗效、症候评分、血清炎性因子和免疫功能水平、凝血功能指标及血液流变学指标变化。结果两组患者IFN-γ、IL-1β、IL-8和TNF-α水平显著降低(P<0.05);并且治疗组降低较明显(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、NK水平显著升高(P<0.05);且治疗组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、NK水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者凝血功能指标,p>0.05,治疗后各组患者凝血功能指标指标均改善,且治疗组患者各项指标优于对照组,p<0.05。结论慢性支气管炎患者采用耳穴刺络放血疗法联合梅花针效果较好。

Objective To explore the value of auricular acupuncture and blood-letting combined with plum-blossom needle in treating chronic bronchitis.Methods 120 patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given plum blossom needle therapy,and the treatment group was given auricular acupuncture and blood-leachingtherapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,serum inflammatory factors and immune function level,blood coagulation function index and hemorheology index changes were compared after the treatment.Results The levels of IFN-,IL-1,IL-8 and TNF-were significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05).In addition,it was significantly reduced in the treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+and NK in the treatment group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+and NK in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,comparison of coagulation function indexes between the two groups showed p>0.05;after treatment,coagulation function indexes of patients in each group were improved,and all indexes of patients in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupuncture and blood-letting therapy combined with plum blossom needle in chronic bronchitis patients has good effect and is worthy of application.
