狼疮抗凝物-低凝血酶原综合征一例报告暨文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 狼疮抗凝物会导致活化部分凝血酶原时间(activated parlial thromboplastin time,aPTT)延长,但一般没有出血表现。如果狼疮抗凝物阳性同时伴有凝血酶原(FⅡ)低,则会有出血表现,称为狼疮抗凝物-低凝血酶原综合征(lupus anticoagulant-hypoprothrombinemia syndrome,LAHS)。现报道我中心近期诊治的狼疮抗凝物-低凝血酶原综合征一例,并进行相关文献复习。
