凝血指标异常与非小细胞肺癌转移及预后的关系 被引量:5

Relationship Between Abnormal Coagulation Parameters and Metastasis and Prognosis of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

摘要 目的探讨凝血指标异常与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)转移及预后的关系。方法以120例NSCLC患者为对象,检测患者凝血指标,并分析与肿瘤转移及预后的关系。结果转移组患者活化部分凝血酶原时间(a PTT)低于非转移患者,D二聚体(D-D)及纤维蛋白原(Fbg)水平高于非转移组患者(P<0.05);两组凝血酶原时间(PT)未见差异(P>0.05)。120例NSCLC患者中死亡15例(12.50%),生存105例(87.50)。其中转移组死亡率24.24%(8/33)高于非转移组死亡(8.05%(7/87),P<0.05)。死亡患者a PTT低于生存患者,D-D及Fbg水平高于生存患者;两组PT未见差异(P>0.05)。a PTT、D-D、Fbg预测NSCLC患者预后的AUC分别为0.886(95%CI:0.816~0.937)、0.890(95%CI:0.820~0.940)、0.825(95%CI:0.745~0.888)。结论a PTT、Fbg、D-D与NSCLC患者肿瘤转移及预后关系密切,检测三者水平有助于评估患者预后。
