干细胞治疗前列腺癌根治术后勃起功能障碍的临床研究进展

Clinical research progress of stem cell therapy for erectile dysfunction after radical prostatectomy

前列腺癌是男性泌尿生殖系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一。根治性前列腺切除术(RP)是一种治疗局部前列腺癌的常用方法,术后发生勃起功能障碍(ED)是最常见的并发症,对患者的生活质量和幸福感有显著的负面影响。目前,干细胞疗法是治疗勃起功能障碍的新兴治疗方式中最受关注的一种,日益成为临床研究重点。本文对骨髓单核细胞群(BM-MNCs)、脂肪干细胞(ADSCs)、脐带血间充质干细胞(UC-MSCs)、胎盘间充质干细胞(PM-MSCs)在前列腺癌根治术后的ED患者中的临床研究作一综述。

Prostate cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the male genitourinary system. Radical prostatectomy(RP) is a commonly used treatment for localized prostate cancer, and erectile dysfunction(ED) is the most common postoperative complication, which has a significant negative impact on patients’ quality of life and well-being. Currently, stem cell therapy is one of the new treatments for ED. In this paper, the clinical studies of bone marrow mononuclear cells(BM-MNCs), adipose stem cells(ADSCs), umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cells(UC-MSCs) and placental mesenchymal stem cells(PM-MSCs) in ED patients after radical prostatectomy are summarized as follows.
