摘要
对镀膜用白色球状高纯氧化铌材料制备工艺进行优化研究,通过粒度分析和SEM形貌表征考察了料浆浓度、粘结剂加入量、造粒干燥机出口温度(进料频率)及煅烧温度对产品质量的影响。结果表明,优化工艺条件为料浆浓度60%、粘结剂加入量1%、出口温度120℃及煅烧温度950℃;在此优化条件下,能得到品质较好的球状氧化铌产品,且工艺运行稳定。
The preparation process of the white spherical high-purity niobium oxide material for coating was optimized.Through particle size analysis and SEM morphology characterization,the influences of slurry concentration,binder addition,granulation dryer outlet temperature(feeding frequency)and calcination temperature on product quality were investigated.The results show that the optimized process conditions are 60%slurry concentration,1%binder addition,120℃outlet temperature,and 950℃calcination temperature.Under these optimized conditions,spherical niobium oxide product with excellent quality can be obtained,and the process operation is stable.
