摘要
在国家乳业振兴的背景下,“高品质、高效率、环境友好”的奶业可持续发展模式成为新的主题。在乳品质量方面,乳蛋白与乳脂肪的含量与组成是构成牛奶营养品质的主要物质基础。本文综述了与乳脂乳蛋白性状有关的7个重要候选基因:DGAT1、FASN、FBP2、EEF1D、CSN2、CSN3和LGB基因的研究进展,以期为今后提高牛奶品质的研究提供帮助。
Under the background of national dairy industry revitalization,the sustainable development model of dairy industry with high quality,high efficiency and environment-friendly has become a new theme.In terms of milk quality,the content and composition of milk protein and fat are the main basis of important nutritional quality of milk.This review summarizes the candidate genes related to milk fat and milk protein:DGAT1,FASN,FBP2,EEF1G,CSN2,CSN3,BLG genes,in order to provide help for improving milk quality.
