长春西汀联合胞二磷胆碱对脑梗死患者脑功能的影响

Effect of vinpocetine combined with citicoline on brain function of patients with cerebral infarction

目的观察长春西汀联合胞二磷胆碱对脑梗死患者脑功能的影响。方法选择2019年1-8月莆田学院附属医院收治的脑梗死患者120例,按照抽签法随机分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。对照组采用胞二磷胆碱治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合长春西汀治疗。比较2组患者治疗效果、治疗前及治疗后1、2、4周神经功能缺失评分和不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为98.33%,高于对照组的83.33%(χ2=8.107,P=0.004)。治疗后1、2、4周,2组患者NIHSS评分均低于治疗前(P <0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组患者不良反应总发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的23.33%(χ2=6.536,P=0.011)。结论长春西汀联合胞二磷胆碱治疗脑梗死的效果显著,可显著改善患者神经功能缺失情况,且安全性更高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of vinpocetine combined with citicoline on brain function in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 120 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from January to August 2019 were selected,and they were randomly divided into observation group( n = 60) and control group( n =60). The control group was treated with citicoline,and the observation group was treated with vinpocetine on the basis of the control group. The treatment effects,neurological deficit scores and adverse reactions before treatment and 1,2,4 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups. Conclusion Vinpocetine combined with citicoline is effective in treating cerebral infarction,it can significantly improve the patient’ s neurological deficit,and it has higher safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
