心理健康素养在护士职业压力与职业倦怠关系中的调节作用

Moderating effect of mental health literacy on relationship between occupational stress and job burnout in nurses

目的探讨外科护士职业压力、心理健康素养与职业倦怠的相关性。方法2019年10月,采用便利抽样法,选取济南市某三级甲等医院278名外科护士进行调查,问卷包括一般资料调查表、护士工作压力源量表、心理健康素养量表、职业倦怠量表。结果外科护士的职业压力总均分为2.43±0.90,心理健康素养总均分为2.61±1.22,职业倦怠总平均分为3.77±1.37。职业压力与心理健康素养呈负相关(r=-0.401,P<0.01),心理健康素养与职业倦怠呈负相关(r=-0.371,P<0.01),职业压力与职业倦怠呈正相关(r=0.367,P<0.01)。心理健康素养负向调节职业压力对职业倦怠的影响(B=-0.005,P<0.05)。结论心理健康素养在外科护士职业压力与职业倦怠间存在调节作用,护理管理者应关注并提升外科护士的心理健康素养水平,以缓解护理人员的职业压力,降低职业倦怠反应。

Objective To explore the correlation between occupational stress,mental health literacy and job burnout in surgical nurses.Methods Using convenience sampling method,278 surgical nurses were selected from a grade-A tertiary hospital in Jinan City in October 2019 for investigation.The questionnaires included general information questionnaire,nurses’work stress scale,mental health literacy scale and job burnout scale.Results The total score of occupational stress,mental health literacy and job burnout in surgical nurses was 2.43±0.90,2.61±1.22 and 3.77±1.37,respectively.Occupational stress was negatively correlated with mental health literacy(r=-0.401,P<0.01),mental health literacy was negatively correlated with job burnout(r=-0.371,P<0.01),and occupational stress was positively correlated with job burnout(r=0.367,P<0.01).Mental health literacy negatively moderated the impact of occupational stress on job burnout(B=0.005,P<0.05).Conclusion Mental health literacy plays a moderating role between occupational stress and job burnout of surgical nurses.Nursing managers should pay attention to and improve the mental health literacy level of surgical nurses,so as to relieve the occupational pressure of nursing staff and reduce the occupational burnout.
