重庆市某木制家具制造企业职业病危害因素及其关键控制点分析

Analysis on occupational hazards and critical control points in a wood furniture factory in Chongqing

目的识别、分析某木制家具制造企业的职业病危害因素,确定职业病危害的关键控制点,提出有效防护措施,为企业职业卫生管理提供依据。方法2018年10月,以重庆某木制家具制造企业为研究对象,采用职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查和关键控制点原理等方法进行综合分析。结果存在的主要职业病危害因素为噪声、粉尘、甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯和乙酸丁酯。检测结果显示,木制家具生产企业噪声强度和粉尘浓度超标岗位较多,检测13个接触噪声岗位其中4个岗位噪声强度超标,合格率69.2%,检测9个接触粉尘岗位其中5个岗位粉尘浓度超标,合格率44.4%,化学毒物检测浓度均低于国家限值标准。结论粉尘、噪声是木制家具生产作业人员最为严重的职业病危害因素,应通过加强关键控制点的职业病危害控制和降低职业病危害风险,保护劳动者健康。

Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards in a wood furniture factory,determine the critical control points of occupational hazards,put forward effective protective measures,and provide basis for occupational health management in enterprise.Methods In October 2018,a wood furniture factory in Chongqing was comprehensively analyzed by the methods of occupational health survey,occupational health detection,occupational health examination and the principle of critical control points.Results The main occupational hazards in wood furniture factory were noise,dust,formaldehyde,benzene,toluene,xylene,ethyl acetate and butyl acetate.The detection results showed that there were many positions with noise intensity and dust concentration exceeding the standard.Thirteen positions exposed to noise were detected,and the noise intensity in four positions exceeded the standard,with a qualified rate of 69.2%.Nine positions exposed to dust were detected,and the dust concentration of five positions exceeded the standard,with a qualified rate of 44.4%.The chemical poison concentrations were lower than the national limit standards.Conclusion Dust and noise are the most serious occupational hazards of wood furniture workers.It is necessary to strengthen the control of occupational hazards at critical control points and reduce the risk of occupational hazards,to protect the health of workers.
