睡眠剥夺疲劳模型生理性电刺激恢复任务绩效方案研究 被引量:1

Study on task performance recovery via physiological electrical stimulation in sleepdeprivation fatigue model

摘要 目的通过睡眠剥夺构建脑力疲劳模型,用生理性电刺激的方法提高被试警觉水平,从而提高任务绩效水平。方法2019年12月—2020年1月选取40名被试分为测试组与对照组,早晨8:00至次日8:00进行24 h睡眠剥夺,全程测量心率变异性指标,每2 h测量主观疲劳、立位平衡和反应时测试,于上午10点、凌晨3点及4点疲劳对两组进行任务绩效及美国航空航天局任务负荷指数量表(NASA-TLX)测量,其中4点给予测试组电刺激,对照组不给予任何干预措施,测试后评价任务绩效。结果两组疲劳时主观疲劳、立位平衡、反应时测试和多任务成绩与正常情况相比均显著下降(均P<0.05),心率变异性指标较正常时上升(均P<0.05)。给予电刺激后,测试组任务水平恢复到正常水平(P<0.01),2 h后主观疲劳、立位平衡及反应时测试成绩仍保持较高水平(均P<0.05);对照组成绩显著下降,且无明显提升。结论疲劳后给予生理性电刺激可以有效提高任务作业水平及警觉水平。 Objective To construct a mental fatigue model through sleep deprivation,and use physiological electrical stimulation to improve the level of alertness of the subjects,so as to improve the level of job performance.Methods Totally 40 subjects were divided into the experimental group and the control group from December 2019 to January 2020.The 24-hour sleep deprivation was conducted from 8:00 AM to 8:00 the next day,the heart rate variability indicators were measured in the whole process,while subjective fatigue,vertical balance and response time were measured every two hours.Task performance and National Aeronautics and Space Administration-Task Load Index(NASA-TLX)were measured at 10:00 AM,3:00 AM and 4:00 AM in two groups.The experimental group was given electrical stimulation at 4:00 AM,while the control group was not given any intervention measures,and the task performance was evaluated after test.Results The performance of subjective fatigue,orthostatic balance,reaction time test and multi-task in fatigue significantly decreased as compared with the normal condition in two groups(all P<0.05),and the heart rate variability increased as compared with the normal condition(all P<0.05).After the electrical stimulation was given to the experimental group,the task level returned to the normal level(P<0.01),After two hours,the test scores of subjective fatigue,orthostatic balance and reaction time remained high(all P<0.05).Results of the control group decreased significantly,without significant improvement.Conclusion Physiological electrical stimulation after fatigue can effectively improve the level of task performance and alertness.
