攀枝花市大学生器官捐献认知、意愿及影响因素分析

Analysis of organ donation cognition,willingness and influencing factors of college students in Panzhihua City

目的了解攀枝花市大学生器官捐献认知情况、意愿及影响因素,为高校和当地红十字会开展器官捐献宣传工作提供参考依据。方法于2018年7月—2019年8月,采用随机抽样法,对攀枝花学院1202名大学生就器官捐献认知、意愿及影响因素进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果大学生对于器官捐献认知率达96.92%,但了解不深入,仅27.54%知道器官捐献的部门,8.82%知道器官捐献的程序,其中医学生认知率高于非医学生。捐献意愿率为52.33%。对于器官捐献的影响因素主要集中在传统观念和法律法规不健全。结论在高校引入死亡教育课程,完善法律法规、建立合理的补偿机制对于提高捐献意愿有一定意义。

Objective To understand the organ donation cognition,willingness and influencing factors among college students in Panzhihua City,provide evidence for colleges and local Red Cross society to carry out organ donation publicity.Methods From July 2018 to August 2019,1202 college students were collected in Panzhihua City by using the random sampling,to conduct a questionnaire survey on organ donation cognition,willingness and influencing factors.And the data were analyzed.Results The awareness rate of organ donation among college students was 96.92%.However,there was not in-depth understanding,only27.54%knew the department of organ donation and 8.82%knew the procedure of organ donation.The awareness rate of medical students was higher than that of non-medical students.The donation willingness rate was 52.33%.The factors affecting organ donation mainly focused on the traditional concepts and unsound laws and regulations.Conclusion The introduction of death education courses in universities,the improvement of laws and regulations,and the establishment of a reasonable compensation mechanism are of certain significance to increase the willingness to donate.
