“三全育人”理念下高校就业引导工作的路径探析

On the Path of Employment Guidance in Colleges and Universities Under the Concept of Three-wide Education

近年来,随着全国高校思想政治工作会议、全国教育大会等会议的陆续召开,国家和社会愈发重视并肯定高校思想政治教育的重要性。"三全育人"综合改革思想的提出,明确思想政治工作始终贯穿教育教学全过程的使命。当前,我们需要逐渐扭转传统观念中就业的相对独立性,将就业真正融入"大思政"格局,并成为其中重要的一环,努力实现全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人,做到因事而化、因时而进、因势而新。本文将基于"三全育人"视域,梳理其与高校就业引导的内涵关系,剖析当前状态下高校就业引导的困境与瓶颈,进而探析新时代背景下高校就业引导的新路径。

In recent years,with the holding of the National Conference of Ideological and political work and national education conference,the state and society pay more and more attention to and affirm the importance of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.The proposal of the comprehensive reform thought of"three-wide education"clarifies the mission of Ideological and political work throughout the whole process of education and teaching.At present,we need to gradually reverse the relative independence of employment in the traditional concept,integrate employment into the pattern of"thinking about politics",and become an important part of it.We need to strive to achieve full staff education,whole process education and all-round education,so as to achieve things-oriented,current and new.Based on the perspective of"three-wide education",this paper will sort out its connotation relationship with employment guidance in Colleges and universities,analyze the difficulties and bottlenecks of employment guidance in Colleges and universities in the current state,and then explore the new path of employment guidance in Colleges and universities in the new era.
