摘要
结构化研讨最主要特征是"结构化",主要表现在参与人员结构化、流程操作结构化和内容成果结构化。以人员分工建立角色第一维度,以事态发展进度建立时间第二维度,将时间、角色、流程、成果四大关键因素形成结构化对应,最终形成环环相扣、层层递进的二维多元结构化研讨网格模式。其流程进展可视化,角色分工可视化,成果考核可视化,元素对应可视化,点—线—面的网格结构最大程度保证了结构化研讨的可操作性、可控性以及问题可追溯性。
The characteristic of structured seminars is“structured”,which is reflected in the structure of participants,process operations and content results.The first dimension of roles is established by the division of labor,and the second dimension of time is established by the progress of the development.The time,roles,processes,and results are formed in a structured correspondence,and finally formed a two-dimensional multi-structured discussion grid mode.The process progress,role division,achievement evaluation,and element correspondence are all visualized.The point-line-plane grid structure ensures the operability,controllability and problem traceability of structured discussions.
