护理团队授权量表的汉化及信度效度检验

Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Sieloff-King Assessment of Work Team/Group Empowerment with Organization(SKAWTGEO)

目的:对英文版护理团队授权量表(Sieloff-King Assessment of Work Team/Group Empo-werment with Organization,SKAWTGEO)进行汉化并测量中文版SKAWTGEO效度、信度。方法:采用便利抽样法抽取563名天津市某三级甲等医院护士进行调查,对原量表进行修改并形成最终量表。结果:24个条目的中文版SKAWTGEO的Cronbach’s?α系数为0.940,量表重测信度指数为0.929,内容效度指数为0.950。探索性因子分析表明,提取的6个公因子累积方差贡献率为75.127%;验证性因子分析结果显示数据拟合良好。结论:中文版SKAWTGEO具有良好的信度、效度,可作为护理团队授权水平的测评工具。

Objective:To translate the English version of Sieloff-King Assessment of Work Team?/Group Empowerment with Organization(SKAWTGEO)into Chinese,and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the SKAWTGEO.Methods:SKAWTGEO was administered to 563 nurses and evaluated for the reliability and validity.The Chinese version of SKAWTGEO was then revised and the final version of the scale was formed accordingly.Results:The Cronbach'sαof SKAWTGEO was 0.913,the test-retest reliability was 0.929,and the Content Validity Index was 0.950.Six factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis and could explain 75.127%of the total variance.The confirmatory factor analysis revealed a good fit model.Conclusion:The Chinese version of the SKAWTGEO is reliable and valid,and can be used to measure group empowerment among nurses.
