昌吉—古泉±1100kV特高压直流输电线路跨越长江时对通航船舶的电磁影响 被引量:2

Electromagnetic Effects on Watercrafts in Yangtze Waterways Caused by Overcross Changji-Guquan ±1100kV UHVDC Transmission Lines

摘要 1100kV特高压直流线路跨越内河航道时,是否会对通航船舶通信系统和船上人员产生影响,是电力部门和交通部门共同关注的重要问题。结合昌吉—古泉±1100k V直流输电工程跨越长江航道的问题,分别采用二维方法和三维方法计算了直流线路在人员活动的甲板及驾驶舱周围和顶部的直流合成电场,计算得出了±1100kV直流线路在基准面上产生的有源干扰和无源干扰。另一方面,通过在昌吉—古泉±1100kV直流线路跨越长江处开展实船测试,得到了船载图像类设备和语音类设备干扰影响的测试结果,并获得了甲板上的直流电场和有源干扰实际水平。最后,通过计算结果和实测结果的分析,给出了昌吉—古泉±1100kV直流线路跨越长江航道时的电磁影响评估结果。研究结果可为后续特高压直流线路跨越内河航道时的线路设计提供数据支撑,为合理控制工程投资、有力促进特高压直流输电和内河航道运输的友好协调发展提供技术支持。 Whether a ±1100 kV UHVDC transmission line spanning the inland waterways may cause electromagnetic effects on the communication devices and the staff on board has been highly concerned by the electric power and the transportation departments. The relevant problems are discussed combined with the Changji-Guquan ±1100 kV transmission lines overcrossing the Yangtze waterway in this paper. Firstly, the DC total electric fields on the reference planes like the ship decks, and the areas adjacent to or on the top of the driver’s compartment are calculated with the 2-D and 3-D methods. Then the corona radio interference(RI) and re-radiation of the ±1100 kV transmission line on the reference planes are derived. Besides, the tests of the effects on the phonic and the graphic devices are taken on the real steamships when they are passing by the spot the ±1100 kV transmission line overcrosses, and the DC total electric fields and the corona radio interferences are obtained on the decks. Finally, the practical electromagnetic effects of the ±1100 kV transmission line on the watercrafts is evaluated through the comparison of the calculation and measurement. The results in the research can be used to support the design of HVDC transmission lines overcrossing the waterways, which provides technical guides for the harmonic development between HVDC transmission technology and inland water transportation in China.
