城乡结合社区老年人健康休憩环境重构研究

A Study on the Reconstruction of Healthy Recreational Environment for the Elderly in Urban-Rural Communities

面对疫情,探讨老年人休憩行为及环境影响要素的变化,本文选取3个城乡结合社区老年人为调研对象,运用GPS、观察访谈和问卷调查等方法。从老年人休憩行为的特征出发,结合休憩环境对休憩行为的外在表征影响,进行定性与定量的指标分类分析。归纳适宜老年人社区休憩行为的空间环境需求,为老年人社区的休憩环境设计提供一种方法和思路,更好地满足老年人的生理需求和精神需求。

Faced with the epidemic,to explore the elderly resting behavior and the change of environmental influences,this paper selects three urban-rural community elderly as the object of research,using GPS,observation interview,questionnaire survey and other methods.The qualitative and quantitative indexes are classified and analyzed from the characteristics of elderly resting behavior and the influence of resting environment on the external appearance of resting behavior.Summarize the needs of the space environment suitable for the elderly community resting behavior,provide a method and ideas for the elderly community resting environment design,and better meet the physiological needs and spiritual needs of the elderly.
