平疫转化导向社区小微公共空间场所营造研究

Place-Making of Micro Small Public Space in Community Based on Regular-Epidemic Transformation Perspective

城市建成环境中的小微空间是人居空间的基层角色,也是包括基层弱势群体在内的普通市民日常最容易接触和使用的场所。首先分析小微公共空间的特点及作用,基于问卷调查分析疫情常态化管控下社区小微空间场所营造的需求及痛点,进一步探索小微空间场所营造的理念、重点及管控方法。并以北京市海淀区M街道辖区小微公共空间设计指引和场所营造手册为例,探索平疫转化导向下社区小微空间场所营造和空间品质提升的策略及路径。

The small and micro public space in the urban built environment is the most accessible and usable place for ordinary citizens.This paper analyzes the characteristics and functions of small and micro public spaces,and then discusses the demands and difficulties in place-making of such sites based on questionnaire survey during epidemic period.Taking the work of design manual on small and micro public space in M district in Beijing as example,this paper explores strategies and approaches for small and micro community space construction and space quality improvement under the guidance of regular-epidemic transformation.
