摘要
2020年初,在席卷全球的新冠疫情中,为应对紧迫的防疫医疗建筑需求,装配式模块化箱式房屋得到了大力推广和广泛应用。结合北京小汤山医院战备病房项目的设计实践,对装配式模块化箱式房屋的技术特点进行系统梳理。针对项目的特殊性,从建造速度、建筑性能、使用舒适度三个方面进行了全面升级,通过模块化设计、屋面系统整合、室内外色彩设计、高新科技应用,对装配式模块化箱式房屋的设计进行了一系列新的探索和研究。本研究旨在总结设计经验,为之后的传染病病房建设及应急医疗建设提供参考与借鉴。
in early 2020,in the COVID-19 virus sweeping the world,in order to satisfy the urgent needs of infectious disease medical buildings,prefabricated modular volumetric building was promoted and widely used.Combined with the design of the strategic reserve ward of Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital,the technical characteristics of the prefabricated modular volumetric building are systematically sorted out.In view of the particularity of the project,it has comprehensively upgraded from three aspects,the construction speed,architectural performance and use comfort.Through modular design,roof system integration,color design and high-tech application,a series of new explorations and researches have been carried out on the design of prefabricated modular volumetric building.The purpose of this study is to summarize the design experience and provide reference for the construction of infectious disease ward and emergency medical treatment in the future.
