后疫情时代的社区治理与居民安全感

Community Governance and Citizens'Security in the Post-Epidemic Era

本文以社区为研究对象,在简略分析该层面抗疫的责任主体和组织机制基础上,利用7320份"新冠肺炎期间人民生活安全感"一手调查问卷数据,对地方治理满意度及其影响因素进行分析,讨论基层社会治理和城市规划主题下的若干领域。本文横跨公共卫生、城市设计和公共政策多个专业领域,为后疫情时代的社区治理和居民安全感提升提供建议。

This paper takes the community as the research object,analyzes the responsibility body and organizational mechanism of anti-epidemic at this level,and uses 7320 questionnaire data of"people's safety of life during the new crown pneumonia"to discuss several areas under the theme of grass-roots social governance and urban planning from the perspective of local governance satisfaction and influence factors.This paper spans a number of professional areas such as public health,urban design,digital governance and public policy,and to provide recommendations for community governance and increase citizens’security in the post-epidemic era.
