4-甲基磺酰基-2,3-二甲基溴苯合成工艺的改进

摘要 研究了4-甲基磺酰基-2,3-二甲基溴苯的合成工艺,以2,3-二甲基苯胺为原料,经过重氮化反应、甲硫基化反应、溴代反应和氧化反应合成了目标产物,并对工艺条件进行了考察。结果表明,通过更换第1步反应溶剂、将第2步反应原料从Br2更换成CuBr2,产物收率达到69.3%。 4-Methylsulfonyl-2,3-dimethylbromobenzene is synthesized from 2,3-dimethylaniline through diazotization,methylthiolation,electrophilic bromination and oxidation.The optimal reaction conditions are determined.The results indicate that the yield of methylsulfonyl-2,3-dimethylbromobenzene reaches 69.3% when the reactive solvent in the first step is changed,and the reactant Br2 in the second step reaction is replaced by CuB r2.
