摘要
探索不同聚合温度和不同比例的TL/Al Cl3催化剂对间戊二烯树脂性能的影响,进而摸索出最佳聚合温度。通过实验结果和克拉玛依市天利恒华石化有限公司工业装置生产验证,采用TL/Al Cl3液相复合催化体系可生产高档间戊二烯石油树脂,且装置运行更加稳定。
TL/Al Cl3 liquid homogeneous catalyst system is finally determined through experimental research.On this basis,the influence of different polymerization temperature and different proportions of TL/Al Cl3 on the properties of mpentadiene resin is further explored,and the optimum polymerization temperature is found out.Through verifying the experimental results with the industrial unit production in Karamay Tianli Henghua Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,high-grade m-pentadiene resin can be produced by using TL/Al Cl3 liquid homogeneous catalyst system,and the unit operates more stably.
