摘要
当前社会背景下,女性员工是社会发展及企业运行的重要资源,其职场特性也对企业管理提出挑战,具体包括人力资源规划与衔接、绩效水平稳定与有效激励、用工成本与收益兑现、法律风险与负面效应等。对此,需要充分认识女性员工的社会效能,在社会宏观层面加大精神支撑、经济支持和权益保障,在企业微观层面优化管理策略,充分调动其工作积极性。
Under the current social background,female employees are an important resource for social development and enterprise operation,and their workplace characteristics also pose a challenge to enterprise management.Speci-fically,it includes human resource planning and connection,stable performance level and effective incentive,labor cost and profit realization,legal risk and negative effect,etc.For this,it is necessary to fully understand the social effectiveness of female employees,increase spiritual support,economic support and rights protection at the macro level of the society,optimize management strategies at the micro level of the organization,and fully mobilize their work enthusiasm.
