传承弘扬中华优秀传统文化的成功实践——以二十四节气为例

The Successful Practice of Inheriting and Carrying Forward the Excellent Chinese Traditional Culture--Taking the 24 Solar Terms as an Example

本文深入阐释了传承弘扬中华优秀传统文化的重要意义,并以二十四节气为例,从正本清源,科学定义二十四节气;古为今用,深入挖掘二十四节气丰富内涵及其文化价值;厚积薄发,申报国家级非物质文化遗产和人类非物质文化遗产;多措并举,加强二十四节气文化的推广普及;建立机制,搭建二十四节气保护传承平台等五个方面,总结凝炼中国农业博物馆在保护传承二十四节气这一优秀传统文化的创新实践,全面梳理了二十四节气保护传承工作的显著成效,分享了在申遗过程当中可借鉴、易推广、能复制的有益经验,并就如何提升优秀传统文化活力,实现创造性转化、创新性发展,提出了具体路径。

This paper deeply explains the significance of inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and takes the 24 solar terms as an example to scientifically define the 24 solar terms;make the past serve the present, deeply excavate the rich connotation and cultural value of the 24 solar terms;apply for national intangible cultural heritage and human intangible cultural heritage;take multiple measures to strengthen the twenty-four solar terms. This paper summarizes the innovative practice of the Chinese Agricultural Museum in protecting and inheriting the excellent traditional culture of the 24 solar terms from five aspects: the promotion and popularization of the four solar terms culture;the establishment of mechanisms and the construction of the protection and inheritance platform of the 24 solar terms. It summarizes the innovative practice of the protection and inheritance of the 24 solar terms, comprehensively combs the remarkable achievements of the protection and inheritance of the 24 solar terms, and shares the benefits that can be used for reference, easy to promote and can be copied in the process of applying for the world heritage Finally, it puts forward the concrete path on how to enhance the vitality of excellent traditional culture, realize creative transformation and innovative development.
