摘要
目的探讨多种血清肿瘤标志物联合检测在食管癌患者中的预测价值。方法选择2018年1月至2020年1月食管癌患者90例作为对象,设为肿瘤组;选择同期治疗的一般疾病患者90例设为对照组。2组入院后均采用蛋白芯片技术测定患者鳞状细胞癌相关抗原(SCC-Ag)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖链抗原(CA)724、CA19-9水平;绘制受试者工作特征曲线(ROC曲线),分析SCC-Ag、CEA、CA724、CA19-9联合检测在食管癌患者中的预测效能(敏感度、特异度)。结果肿瘤组食管癌患者肿瘤标志物SCC-Ag、CEA、CA724、CA19-9水平均高于对照组一般疾病患者(P<0.05);肿瘤组与对照组CA724阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肿瘤组肿瘤标志物中SCC-Ag、CEA、CA19-9阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05);ROC曲线结果表明:SCC-Ag、CEA、CA724、CA19-9联合检测在食管癌患者敏感度、特异度均高于单一SCC-Ag、CEA、CA724、CA19-9(P<0.05)。结论SCC-Ag、CEA、CA724、CA19-9血清肿瘤标志物在食管癌患者中表达异常,四者联合测定用于食管癌患者中能获得较高的预测效能,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the predictive value of combined detection of multiple serum tumor markers in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,90 patients with esophageal cancer were selected as the observation group;90 patients with general diseases treated at the same time were selected as the control group.After admission,both groups used protein chip technology to determine the levels of squamous cell carcinoma-associated antigen(SCC-Ag),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),sugar chain antigen(CA)724,and sugar CA19-9 in patients;Receiver operating characteristic curve gurve(ROC)was drawn,to analyze the predictive power(sensitivity,specificity)of the combined detection of SCC-Ag,CEA,CA724,and CA19-9 in patients with esophageal cancer.Results The levels of tumor markers SCC-Ag,CEA,CA724 and CA19-9 in patients with esophageal cancer in the tumor group were higher than those in the control group with general diseases(P<0.05),the positive rate of CA724 in the tumor group and the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05),The positive rate of SCC-Ag,CEA,CA19-9 in tumor markers in the tumor group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),ROC curve results showed that:the sensitivity and the specificity of the combined detection of SCC-Ag,CEA,CA724,and CA19-9 in patients with esophageal cancer was higher than that of single SCC-Ag,CEA,CA724,CA19-9(P<0.05).Conclusion SCC-Ag,CEA,CA724,CA19-9 serum tumor markers are abnormally expressed in patients with esophageal cancer.The combined determination of the four can obtain high predictive power in patients with esophageal cancer,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
