为应对文化基因相异、意识形态不同和文化交流"脱钩"的挑战,"人类命运共同体"跨文化传播的目标要以化解分歧、增进理解、推动参与为根本出发点。在传播策略上,要尊重"他文化"受众的"主导"地位,通过"倾听"找到冲突背后的深层次共识,通过"适应"选择合适的传播方式,通过"同一"提高传播的有效性。在传播路径上,既要通过实际行动建立共同体认同,也要借助"对方的道理"理性地说服受众、借助"讲故事"激发受众的情感,还要借助"人格"力量提高传播的信任度。

To cope with the challenges of cultural genetic differences,ideological confrontation,and cultural exchange"decoupling",the goal of cross-cultural communication of the"Community of Human Destiny"should be based on resolving differences,enhancing understanding,and promoting participation.Because of the fact that the audience is in a strong position,we need to find the deep consensus behind the conflict through"listening",choose the appropriate communication method through"adapting",and improve the effectiveness of communication through"identifying".In the path of communication,it is not only necessary to establish community identity through practical actions,but also to rationally persuade the audience by"justifying my position in your terms",to stimulate the audience’s emotions with the help of"storytelling",and more importantly,to improve trust with the help of"personality".
