探讨早期护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖、妊娠结局的影响

Exploration on the Influence of Early Nursing Care on Blood Glucose and Pregnancy Outcome of Gestational Diabetes Patients

目的探讨早期护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖和妊娠结局的影响。方法将该院2017年6月—2019年6月收治的86例妊娠期糖尿病患者按照摸球法分为干预组(n=43)与常规组(n=43),常规组采用常规方法护理,干预组采用早期护理干预,比较两组空腹与餐后2 h血糖含量,比较两组妊娠结局。结果护理后,干预组与常规组空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖含量均较护理前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且干预组显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组不良妊娠结局发生率6.98%(3/43)显著低于常规组25.58%(11/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期护理可有效控制妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平,减少不良妊娠结局的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of early care on blood glucose and pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods 86 cases of gestational diabetes patients admitted to the hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were divided into intervention group(n=43)and routine group(n=43)according to the ball touch method.The routine group was treated with routine nursing care;the intervention group,early nursing intervention was used to compare the fasting and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels between the two groups,and compare the pregnancy outcomes of the two groups.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels in the intervention group and the routine group were significantly lower than those before the nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the intervention group was significantly lower than the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the intervention group 6.98%(3/43)was significantly lower than that in the routine group 25.58%(11/43),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early care can effectively control the blood glucose level of patients with gestational diabetes and reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
