GDM患者行循证护理对血糖水平、分娩质量的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Blood Glucose Level and Delivery Quality in Patients with GDM

目的研究妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者实施循证护理的价值及对分娩质量、新生儿娩出质量、血糖水平的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2019年6月接收的100例GDM患者作为研究对象,以随机法分为对照组(n=50常规护理)和试验组(n=50循证护理),对比两组分娩质量、血糖水平、新生儿娩出质量。结果血糖水平对比试验组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分娩质量对比,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.198,P<0.05)。新生儿娩出质量对比,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.263,P<0.05)。结论 GDM患者实施循证护理对降低机体空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平,改善分娩质量、新生儿娩出质量效果更理想,此外循证护理可降低不良妊娠结局,值得医院推广、应用。

Objective To study the value of evidence-based care for patients with gestational diabetes(GDM)and its effect on delivery quality,newborn delivery quality,and blood sugar level.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,100 cases of GDM patients were selected as resealoh objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(n=50 conventional care)and test group(n=50 evidence-based care),and compared delivery quality,blood glucose level,and newborn quality of delivery of the two groups.Results The blood glucose level of the test group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of delivery was better in the test group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x^2=5.198,P<0.05).The newborn delivery quality comparison test group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x^2=5.263,P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based care for patients with GDM can reduce fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin levels,improve delivery quality,and newborn delivery quality.In addition,evidence-based care can reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes and is worthy of hospital promotion and application.
