预见性护理在老年糖尿病无症状低血糖预防中的应用

Application of Predictive Nursing in the Prevention of Asymptomatic Hypoglycemia in Elderly Diabetes

目的探讨预见性护理在老年糖尿病无症状低血糖预防中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1—10月收治的98例老年糖尿病患者作为对照组,2018年11月—2019年8月收治的92例老年糖尿病患者作为观察组,对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用预见性护理方法,观察两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖变化情况及无症状低血糖发生率。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.051、4.316, P<0.05);观察组无症状低血糖发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=12.751,P<0.05)。结论对老年糖尿病患者采用预见性护理方法可以有效降低无症状低血糖发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing in the prevention of asymptomatic hypoglycemia in elderly diabetes.Methods 98 elderly diabetic patients admitted from January to October 2018 were selected as the control group.92 elderly diabetic patients admitted from November 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the observation group.Observed the changes in fasting blood glucose,blood glucose 2 h after a meal,and the incidence of asymptomatic hypoglycemia in the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose and the blood glucose levels 2 h after a meal in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.051,4.316,P<0.05);the incidence of asymptomatic hypoglycemia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x^2=12.751,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of predictive care for elderly diabetic patients can effectively reduce the incidence of asymptomatic hypoglycemia.
