妊娠期糖尿病孕妇行胰岛素治疗对妊娠结局的影响

Effect of Tnsulin Therapy on Pregnancy Outcome in Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes

目的分析妊娠期糖尿病孕妇行胰岛素治疗对妊娠结局影响。方法回顾性分析该院2019年1月—2020年1月收治妊娠期糖尿病孕妇80例,分为两组,对照组40例经接受饮食控制与运动治疗,研究组40例在对照组基础上行胰岛素治疗,对两组血糖水平及妊娠结局进行比较。结果研究组FPG、2 hPG及HbA1c指标优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组胎膜早破、羊水过多、早产、新生儿窒息等发生率5.00%比对照组22.50%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病孕妇采用胰岛素治疗,可降低孕妇血糖水平,还能改善其妊娠结局。

Objective To analyze the effect of insulin therapy on pregnancy outcome in pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods A retrospective analysis of 80 pregnant women with gestational diabetes in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into two groups.40 cases in the control group received diet control and exercise therapy,and 40 cases in the study group ascended insulin treatment on the basis of the control group,the blood glucose levels and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results The indicators of FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of premature rupture of membranes,polyhydramnios,premature birth,and neonatal asphyxia in the study group 5.00%compared with the control group 22.50%was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of insulin therapy in pregnant women with gestational diabetes can lower the blood glucose level of the pregnant women and improve their pregnancy outcome.
