丹参多酚酸盐对心脑血管疾病及糖尿病治疗的临床影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析丹参多酚酸盐对心脑血管疾病及糖尿病治疗的临床效果。方法选择该院2019年1—10月期间收治的心脑血管疾病合并糖尿病患者(n=46)为研究对象,根据双盲分组法进行分组,对照组利用常规方式对患者施以治疗,试验组在对照组方法基础上予以患者丹参多酚酸盐,对两组患者的血糖水平和治疗效果进行比较。结果试验组患者空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖指标分别为(6.55±0.23)mmol/L和(8.32±0.54)mmol/L,且试验组临床治疗总有效率为91.3%,其数据均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脑血管疾病合并糖尿病患者应用丹参多酚酸盐进行治疗能够改善患者的血糖水平和临床症状,对促进患者康复具有积极意义。 Objective To analyze the clinical effects of salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolate on the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and diabetes.Methods The patients with cardio-cerebrovascular disease and diabetes(n=46)who were admitted to the hospital from January to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and were grouped according to the double-blind grouping method.The control group used conventional methods to administer patients,the test group was given salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolate on the basis of the control group method,and the blood glucose level and the treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results The indexes of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the experimental group were(6.55±0.23)mmol/L and(8.32±0.54)mmol/L,respectively,and the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 91.3%,both of which were superior to the data in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with cardio-cerebrovascular diseases and diabetes mellitus can improve the blood glucose level and clinical symptoms of patients with salvia polyphenolate.It has positive significance for promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
