预混胰岛素及长效胰岛素对糖尿病患者血糖控制达标的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究门冬胰岛素30注射液及长效胰岛素治疗糖尿病(DM)患者的临床效果。方法于2015年1月—2019年12月选取该院接收的200例DM患者,按照"用药方式差异性"随机分观察组(阿卡波糖片+甘精胰岛素)与对照组(阿卡波糖片+门冬胰岛素30注射液),各100例,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗前比较两组血糖、胰岛功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后与对照组比较,观察组FPG、2 hPG及HbA1c指标较低,HOMA-IR、HOMA-IS指标较低;血糖控制达标率较高,低血糖发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素+阿卡波糖片治疗DM患者能提高整体疗效、稳定血糖,值得借鉴。 Objective To study the clinical effects of insulin aspart 30 injection and long-acting insulin in the treatment of patients with diabetes(DM).Methods The research object was 200 DM patients received in the hospital from Janaury 2015 to December 2019.According to the"drug mode difference",they were randomly divided into observation group(acarbose tablets+insulin glargine)and control group(acarbose pills+Insulin Aspart 30 injection)100 cases each.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was not statistically significant difference in blood glucose and islet function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c indexes,HOMA-IR and HOMA-IS indexes were lower,the rate was higher,the incidence of hypoglycemia was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin glargine+acarbose tablets can improve the overall curative effect and stabilize blood glucose in patients with DM,which is worth learning.
