综合护理在糖尿病合并高血压脑出血患者术后干预的效果

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Diabetes Complicated with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage after Operation

目的探讨综合护理在糖尿病合并高血压脑出血患者术后干预的效果。方法选取该院2018年10月—2019年10月进行糖尿病合并高血压脑出血的手术患者50例,按随机数字表法分为参照组(n=25)和研究组(n=25),参照组给予常规护理模式,研究组给予综合护理模式。比较两组患者采取不同的护理模式后神经功能、生活质量、护理满意度以及空腹血糖水平等相关情况。结果研究组患者的NIHSS评分显著低于参照组,SIS评分显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理满意度分别为96.00%、72.00%,研究组显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者护理后的空腹血糖水平显著低于参照组空腹血糖水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对进行糖尿病合并高血压脑出血手术患者,实施综合护理后,能促进患者神经功能恢复,改善患者的生活质量,降低并发症发生几率,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with diabetes complicated with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,50 patients with diabetes and hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected and divided into reference group(n=25)and research group(n=25)according to the random number table method.Reference group was given regular nursing mode,and the research group was given comprehensive nursing mode.Compared the neurological function,quality of life,nursing satisfaction,fasting blood glucose level and other related conditions of the two group after adopting different nursing modes.Results The NIHSS score of the research group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the SIS score was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was 96.00%and 72.00%,respectively,and the research group was significantly higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The fasting blood glucose level of the research group after nursing was significantly lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing diabetes mellitus combined with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage surgery,comprehensive nursing care can promote the recovery of patients'neurological function,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worthy of further clinical application.
