子宫脱垂合并糖尿病患者的围术期护理配合研究

Study on perioperative Nursing Cooperation for Patients with Uterine Prolapse and Diabetes

目的探讨子宫脱垂合并糖尿病患者的围术期护理配合。方法选取2018年12月—2019年12月该院收治的子宫脱垂合并糖尿病患者50例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和实验组,各25例,对照组给予常规护理措施,实验组给予围术期护理措施。观察两组患者的血糖值、护理满意度以及不良反应等相关情况。结果实验组患者的空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理满意度分别为72.00%、96.00%,实验组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者术后不良反应发生率为24.00%,实验组为4.00%,对照组显著高于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对进行手术的子宫脱垂合并糖尿病患者,实施围术期护理措施,能有效控制患者的血糖,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing cooperation for patients with uterine prolapse and diabetes.Methods Fifty patients with uterine prolapse and diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,25 cases in each group,and the control group was given routine nursing measures,the experimental group was given perioperative nursing measures.Observed the blood glucose level,nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients.Results The fasting blood glucose level and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose level of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were 72.00%and 96.00%,respectively,and the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 24.00%,the experimental group was 4.00%,and the control group was significantly higher than the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of perioperative nursing measures for patients with uterine prolapse and diabetes undergoing surgery can effectively control the patient's blood glucose and improve the patient's quality of life.It is worthy of promotion and application.
