三仁汤加减治疗肥胖2型糖尿病合并糖尿病肾病的疗效探讨

Study on the Curative Effect of Sanren Decoction on Obesity Type 2 Diabetes Complicated with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的分析三仁汤加减治疗肥胖2型糖尿病合并糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法抽选2017年9月—2019年10月时间段在该院接受诊治的肥胖2型糖尿病合并糖尿病肾病患者,例数为64例,根据奇偶数分组方式将其分为参照组与观察组,每组例数32例,参照组患者接受西药治疗,观察组患者在参照组方法基础上联合三仁汤加减疗法,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为90.6%,其数据显著高于参照组(χ^2=5.851,P=0.016);观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及尿素氮、血肌酐分别为(6.01±1.03)mmol/L、(7.12±0.94)mmol/L、(7.60±1.69)mmol/L、(87.93±8.18)μmol/L,其数据显著优于参照组(t=4.229, P<0.001;t=6.703, P<0.001;t=3.413, P=0.001;t=3.535, P=0.001)。结论肥胖2型糖尿病合并糖尿病肾病患者经三仁加减汤治疗,患者临床指标均得到显著改善,对控制患者血糖和提高临床治疗效果均有积极意义,可在临床上推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Sanren Decoction in the treatment of obesity type 2 diabetes with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A selection of 64 obese patients with type 2 diabetes and diabetic nephropathy who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from September 2017 to October 2019.The number of patients was 64.They were divided into the reference group and the observation group according to the odd and even number grouping method.There were 32 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group receive western medicine treatment,and patients in the observation group were combined with Sanren Decoction on the basis of the reference group method to compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 90.6%,and its data was significantly higher than that in the reference group(x^2=5.851,P=0.016);the observation group's fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,urea nitrogen and blood creatinine were respectively(6.01±1.03)mmol/L,(7.12±0.94)mmol/L,(7.60±1.69)mmol/L,(87.93±8.18)μmol/L,the data was significantly better than reference group(t=4.229,P<0.001;t=6.703,P<0.001;t=3.413,P=0.001;t=3.535,P=0.001).Conclusion Obesity type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with diabetic nephropathy treated with Sanren Jiajian Decoction,the clinical indicators of the patients have been significantly improved,which has positive significance for controlling the blood glucose of the patients and improving the clinical treatment effect,and can be promoted and used in the clinic.
