摘要
目的:探讨从心理学角度进行忠诚培育对提升新兵忠诚水平的效果。方法:将武警某训练基地新兵随机分为实验组86人,利用新兵忠诚培育方案进行培育;对照组88人,不实施忠诚培育方案。使用《中国军人忠诚量表》在培育前后测量新兵忠诚水平。结果:后测数据表明,实验组在《中国军人忠诚量表》16项评价指标中有14项得分显著高于控制组。其中,在忠诚对象上,对党国人民、职业、单位、领导4个对象均存在极显著差异;在忠诚维度上,除对单位和领导的继续忠诚维度(2项)外,其余维度(10项)均存在显著差异。结论:新兵忠诚培育模型和方案有效,可以在基层思想政治教育实践中应用推广。
Objective:To test the effectiveness of recruit loyalty cultivation models and programs,and to explore the im⁃pact of loyalty cultivation on improving recruit loyalty from a psychological perspective.Methods:The recruits from a train⁃ing base of the Armed Police were randomly divided into experimental group(N=86)or control group(N=88).Subjects in the experiment group were cultivated using the recruit loyalty training program.Use the“Chinese Military Loyalty Scale”to measure the loyalty level of recruits before and after cultivation.Results:The post-experiment test data showed that the experimental group scored higher than the control group in 14 of the 16 evaluation indicators of the Chinese Soldier Loyalty Scale,and the differences reached the significant level.Conclusion:The model and plan for cultivating recruits’loyalty are effective and can be applied and promoted in the practice of grassroots ideological and political education.
