Effect of Childhood Maltreatment on Internet Addiction:The Role of Mindfulness and Resilience

目的:探讨童年期虐待对网络成瘾的影响,并检验正念在其中的中介作用,以及心理弹性的调节作用。方法:采用儿童虐待量表、正念注意觉知量表、心理弹性量表和中学生网络成瘾诊断量表对903名初中生进行测量。结果:①童年期虐待与正念、心理弹性呈显著负相关,与网络成瘾呈显著正相关;正念与心理弹性呈显著正相关,与网络成瘾呈显著负相关;心理弹性与网络成瘾呈显著负相关。②童年期虐待通过正念的中介效应作用于网络成瘾;③心理弹性在正念和网络成瘾之间起调节作用。具体来说,相对于高心理弹性的初中生,正念对网络成瘾的负向预测作用在低心理弹性下更显著。结论:童年期虐待可直接预测网络成瘾,也能通过正念的中介效应作用于网络成瘾;心理弹性在正念与网络成瘾间起调节作用,该交互模式符合“保护因子–保护因子模型”的排除假说。

Objective:The present study investigated the relationship between childhood maltreatment and internet ad⁃diction,and examined the mediating effect of mindfulness and the moderating effect of resilience.Methods:A sample of 903 junior middle school students were recruited to participate in this study,and they anonymously filled out questionnaires regarding childhood maltreatment,mindfulness,resilience,and internet addiction.Results:This study indicated that:①Childhood maltreatment was significantly negatively correlated with mindfulness and resilience,and positively correlated with internet addiction;mindfulness was significantly positively correlated with resilience and negatively correlated with in⁃ternet addiction;resilience was significantly negatively correlated with internet addiction.②Mindfulness had significant mediating effects between childhood maltreatment and Internet addiction in junior high school students.③Resilience mod⁃erated the relationship between mindfulness and Internet addiction.Specifically,compared with the junior high school stu⁃dents with high resilience,the negative predictive effect of mindfulness on Internet addiction was more significant under the condition of low resilience.Conclusion:Childhood maltreatment has negative effects on Internet addiction.Mindfulness mediates the relationship between childhood maltreatment and Internet addiction;the relationship between mindfulness and Internet addiction is moderated by resilience.This interaction model conforms to the exclusion hypothesis of“protectionprotection model”.
