特质拖延与手机成瘾:负性情绪体验的中介作用

Trait Procrastination and Mobile Phone Addiction in College Students:The Mediating Role of Negative Affect

目的:考察大学生的负性情绪体验在特质拖延与手机成瘾关系之间的中介作用。方法:采用手机成瘾指数量表、一般拖延量表、情绪自评量表对874名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果:①特质拖延、负性情绪、手机成瘾两两显著正相关;②负性情绪在特质拖延与手机成瘾的关系中起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应百分比为35.04%,且焦虑、压力和抑郁均能中介特质拖延对手机成瘾的预测。结论:负性情绪体验是特质拖延与手机成瘾之间的中介因素。

Objective:The current study explored the relationship between trait procrastination and mobile phone addic⁃tion,and the mediating role of negative affect in a sample of college students.Methods:Totally 874 college students ful⁃filled a series of questionnaires including Mobile Phone Addiction Index(MPAI),Chinese version of General Procrastina⁃tion Scale(GPS),and Depression Anxiety Stress Scale(DASS-21).Results:①Trait procrastination were significantly relat⁃ed to mobile phone addiction and negative affect;negative affect were significantly related to mobile phone addiction;②Negative affect partially mediated the effects of trait procrastination on mobile phone addiction.Conclusion:Negative af⁃fect can be the mediator between trait procrastination and mobile phone addiction.
