摘要
目的:探究新冠肺炎疫情对高校学生的情绪、学习/研究状态的影响。方法:用网络方式对感知的疫情严重性、疫情最严重阶段的情绪恶化、疫情期间的社会支持/焦虑/抑郁、居家隔离与在校期间的上课情况、学习/研究状况以及生活状态的对比进行问卷调查,得到5098名被试的有效数据。结果:①在疫情最严重时期,武汉市及湖北省(不含武汉)学生的情绪恶化得分高于其他地区的学生;②在博士阶段,二、三年级学生的情绪恶化最严重,在其他学历段,年级越高情绪恶化越严重;大专学生的情绪恶化明显低于其他学历段的学生;③情绪恶化与感知的疫情的严重程度、疫情期间的社会支持分别呈低度正相关和低度负相关;④居家隔离期间的学习/研究状态与在校时相比处于明显的劣势;⑤居家隔离期间学习/研究状态的下降与该阶段的焦虑、抑郁呈低度的正相关,与该阶段的运动以及社交状况呈低度的负相关。结论:①疫情的严重程度对情绪恶化程度有影响,社会支持对疫情的威胁有缓解作用;②居家隔离对高校学生的学习/研究状态有明显负面影响,具体影响程度主要与学习/科研任务的性质和特点、个人的情绪状况、运动、社交等生活状态以及家庭的学习/研究条件有关。
Objective:To explore the influence of COVID-19 epidemic situation on the mood and learning/research state of junior college and university students.Methods:A network survey was conducted on the perceived severity of the epidemic(PSE),the mood deterioration(MD)in the most serious stage of the epidemic,social support(SS),anxiety,depres⁃sion,and comparison of class situation,learning/research state and life state between home isolation and being at school,ef⁃fective questionnaire data of 5098 subjects were obtained.Results:①In the most severe stage of the epidemic,the MD in Wuhan and Hubei Province(excluding Wuhan)were higher than those in other regions;②In the doctoral stage,the second and third grade students’MD was the biggest,and in other education levels,the higher the grade,the greater the mood dete⁃rioration;The MD of junior college students was significantly lower than that of other education level students;③MD was positively correlated and negatively correlated with PSE and social support during the epidemic,respectively;④The learn⁃ing/research state during the period of home isolation was obviously inferior to that in school;⑤The decline of learning/re⁃search state during the period of home isolation was positively correlated with anxiety and depression,and negatively corre⁃lated with sports and social intercourse state.Conclusion:①The severity of the epidemic impacted the degree of MD,and social support alleviated the threat of the epidemic;②The home isolation had a significant influence on the learning/re⁃search state of college and university students,and the specific influence degree was mainly related to the nature and char⁃acteristics of learning/research tasks,personal basic mood state,sports,social intercourse as well as family learning/re⁃search conditions.
