组织支持与特殊教育教师职业幸福感的关系:链式中介效应分析 被引量:12

The Relationship between Organizational Support and Special Education Teachers’Professional Well-being:Analysis of Chain Mediating Effect

摘要 目的:探讨特殊教育教师组织支持、心理资本、情绪衰竭和职业幸福感之间的关系。方法:采用组织支持问卷、特殊教育教师心理资本问卷、特殊教育教师职业幸福感问卷、情绪衰竭量表对836名特殊教育教师进行测量。结果:组织支持和职业幸福感、心理资本呈显著正相关,职业幸福感和心理资本呈显著正相关,情绪衰竭和组织支持、心理资本、职业幸福感呈显著负相关。组织支持能显著正向预测特殊教育教师的职业幸福感,还分别通过心理资本、情绪衰竭的单独中介作用和链式中介作用影响其职业幸福感。结论:组织支持分别通过心理资本、情绪衰竭的中介作用,以及心理资本、情绪衰竭的链式中介作用影响特殊教育教师职业幸福感。 Objective:To explore the relationship among school support,psychological capital,emotional exhaustion and professional well-being of special education teachers.Methods:836 special education teachers were measured with the questionnaires of organizational support,psychological capital of special education teachers,emotional exhaustion and professional well-being of special education teachers.Results:Organizational support was positively correlated with profes⁃sional well-being and psychological capital,professional well-being was positively correlated with psychological capital,and emotional exhaustion was negatively correlated with organizational support,psychological capital and professional wellbeing.Organizational support predicted the professional well-being significantly,positively and directly,and it also affect⁃ed professional well-being through the independent and the chain mediating roles of psychological capital and emotional ex⁃haustion.Conclusion:Organizational support affects the professional well-being of special education teachers through the independent mediating role of psychological capital and emotional exhaustion,as well as the chain mediating role of psycho⁃logical capital and emotional exhaustion.
