论技术改造在飞机制造精益生产中的作用

On the Role of Technical Transformation in Lean Production of Aircraft Manufacturing

技术改造是飞机制造企业精益生产目标实现的关键环节,是企业赖以生存和发展的永恒主题,对企业发展有重要意义;精益生产是美国麻省理工学院数位国际汽车计划(IMVP)的专家对日本丰田JIT生产方式的赞誉之称,是最适用于现代制造企业的一种生产组织体系和方式。本文在对精益生产基础理论研究的基础上,分析了飞机制造精益生产中技术改造的方法,提出了指导性和建设性的意见。

Technological transformation is the key link to achieve the lean production goal of the aviation industry,and it is the eternal theme for enterprises survival and development.Strengthened technological transformation continuously is significant to the development of enterprises.Based on the study of the basio theory of lean production,this paper analyzes the methods and modes of technological innovation in the lean production of the aviation industry and puts forward some guiding and constructive suggestions.
