摘要
本文以麻疯树种子油为原料,研究反应时间,反应温度,KOH用量对麻疯树油皂化率的影响。结果显示经过脱胶、脱色处理的麻疯树种子油脂皂化适宜条件为65℃,碱用量为皂化值的1.1倍,反应时间30min,可完成96%油脂的皂化反应。碱用量为皂化值的1.1倍,皂化反应温度提高到80℃,皂化反应30min即可达到100%皂化率;在碱用量为皂化值的1.1倍,65℃下皂化反应时间延长到90min,也可以获得100%皂化率。
The effects of reaction time,reaction temperature and KOH dosage on saponification rate of jatropha curcas seed oil were studied.The results showed that the suitable conditions for saponification of jatropha jatropha seeds were 65℃,the amount of alkali was 1.1 times the saponification value.and the reaction time was 30 minutes.The saponification reaction of oil can be completed by 96%.The content of alkali is 1.1 times of the saponification value,the saponification reaction temperature is increased to 80C,the saponification reaction 30 minutes can reach 100%saponification rate:100%saponification rate can also be obtained when the amount of alkali is 1.1 times the saponification value and the saponification reaction time is extended to 90 minutes at 65℃.
