Research on the Development of Electrical Automation Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges in Beijing in the Context of Industrial Structure Adjustment

产业结构调整以及首都北京功能定位的大背景下,转变经济发展方式,优化空间布局,提升产业综合竞争力,实现首都可持续发展。对高职教育电气自动化人才培养提出了新的要求,探讨新的经济环境下课程体系重构、培养模式的创新和保障制度的完善等专业发展中的关键问题,以实现专业人才的培养对接产业转型升级,对接企业对人才的需求。

In the context of industrial structure adjustment and the functional orientation of the capital Beijing,new requirements have been put forward for the cultivation of electrical automation talents in higher vocational education.This paper examines the critical issues in the process of developing this specialty,such as the reconstruction of the curriculum system,the innovation of the training model,and the perfection of the security system under the new economic environment.It aims to cultivate professional talents to dock with the transformation and upgrading of industries as well as the needs of enterprises for them.
